Our Leadership

Pastors Michael and Verlene Harry are gifted and anointed spiritual leaders and teachers of the word of God. They both serve as Pastors of the InTouch Church in Waldorf, Maryland. They have served in ministry for over 25 years in various leadership capacities. Their vision is to make an indelible impact by empowering others to reach their God-given destiny as they teach powerful biblical principles.

Our Beliefs

The Bible - We believe the Bible is the infallible Word of God and that all scripture (Old and New Testament) governs the lives of Christians. (II Timothy 2:15)

One God - We believe that Jesus Christ is God incarnate in the flesh. (John 10:30; John 14:6; Philippians 2:6)

Salvation - The shed blood of Jesus Christ and His resurrection provide the only ground for justification and salvation for all who believe, and only such as receive Jesus Christ by faith are born of the Holy Spirit and thus become children of God. Salvation is a gift from God, not a result of our good deeds. (Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 10:9-10; Hebrews 9:22).

Baptism and Communion - Water baptism by immersion soon after accepting Christ as personal Savior, is a testimony of death to sin and resurrection to a new life. The Lord’s Supper is a memorial service setting forth in sacred and symbolic manner the death of the Lord Jesus Christ;

Resurrection - Jesus Christ was physically resurrected from the dead in a glorified body three days after His death on the cross. In addition, both the saved and the lost will be resurrected; they that are saved to the resurrection of life and they that are lost to the resurrection of eternal damnation (Luke 24:16, 36, 39; John 2:19-21, 20:26-28, 21:4; Acts 24:15; I Corinthians 15:42, 44; Philippians 1:21-23, 3:21).

Second Coming - Jesus Christ will physically and visibly return to earth for the second time to establish His Kingdom

Bible - The Holy Bible is the authoritative Word of God. It alone is the final authority in determining all doctrinal truths. In its original writing, it is inspired, infallible and inerrant (II Timothy 3:16; II Peter 1:20-21; Proverbs 30:5; Romans 16:25-26).
